the food menu from furama hotel

the appetizer was real nice. the prawn was soft and crunchy just that the mayonaise was a little too heavy for my liking. the rest of the fried stuff weren't too oily either. it was light as it should be.
shark's fin soup. every wedding must have. but i never did like shark's fin. and even if i do i prefer thai style. so i din finish my bowl.
crispy chicken. this was good too. i love the breast meat that most people dislike. i always find breast meat good anc chewy. like u really get to eat something instead of the soft and silky ones.
the yam basket was good. fillings inside were fresh. i love the celery and of course the prawn. Yam was a little too thick.
because of the fact that i was emceeing that day. i came back to the table thinking that it was abalone on top of the broccoli but it wasnt. the sauce was a little too savory. i prefer garlic stired fry. but it was good.
the fish was awesome. soft and fresh.... hong kong style
by the time the dish was served to this. everyone was bloated. but i took a few bites and it wwas a little too soggy and plain.

last dish.. the ahboling inside was the best lar i took 1 more servings. hwahaha..
my knees and arm has recoverd so i can hit the gym after so long of piling on the good food wahaha.
i have prepared my next sem modules and they have nicely been fitted into the mondays and tuesdays!! so it will be 2 school days i am so happy!!! i can work from wed to sunday haha. and go for gym on those days too wahaha.
provided i do attend my lectures on monday and tuesdays. ;):)
I was kind of dead throughout yesterday after suffering from the lack of sleep. felt sleepy at work while playing the 10 by 10 bingo. went to the office so lethargy. could not concentrate during dance. nowi feel slightly better. and i am really glad i can head back to the fitness centre. hehe. kickboxing? 320d? wahaha....
i should start on the menu planning. so cheryl !! be prepared to taste the mouth watering dishes. oh actually i have already tried to make a couple. :)
