i have lots to voice out today considering the fact that i have been doing lotsa reading today.
Okay, to begin with let me start with my day's adventure. I met cheryl at changi airport today, was there to have my lunch and enjoy the ambience of the airport. I had to wait for a whole 1 hour because unfortunately that girl was a victim of the singapore hospital system - queueing, queueing and queueing.
So when she finally arrived we whipped up a storm at the airport's canteen. we spend close to 20 bucks for just the two of us. Our lunch trip was accompanied by cantonese and hokkien exchange phrases, as you can see two girls who were completely ignorant of their dialect background had to play around to get back to their roots.
We wondered around the airport took some pictures and what have you. Oh yea, i bought lance armstrong 2nd book, and a magazine to kill time while waiting for her. thats when the thoughts flow in, will speak more in later entries.
After that we headed for Changi Boardwalk. Honestly, we were totally clueless on how to move from the airport to there, so we just trusted our instincts and made our way. We did a pretty good job, but cheryl refused to believe that it was smooth sailing haha.
when we reached, we chose 2 out of the 3 walks. Kellong walk as well as Sunset walk. Very beautiful, we spend about one hour over there catching sunset and nature itself took crappy pictures, it was very very nature, and not forgetting so us.
when we left it was already so dark. The place is quite freaky so we couldnt stay any longer. Travelled from one end to another, had dinner, my ever favourite watercress soup, and here i am home.
Guess i cannot live a day without adventure. more later on my thoughts and pictures of the past two days.
i'm not gonna stand here and wait.
